Why it matters
When you buy insurance directly from a bank or online, there’s often nobody in your corner when you need to claim. Being treated like a number in the system at a stressful time is a frustrating experience.
As your adviser, I know your policies and your situation. I take control of the claim and work to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
How I help with your claim
- Get in touch. Call or email me as soon as something happens, even if you’re not sure whether you can claim.
- Check your cover. I review your policy and explain what you may be able to claim for.
- Lodge the claim. I help with the forms and information the insurer needs.
- Deal with the insurer. I liaise with the insurer on your behalf and keep you updated.
- Review afterwards. Once the claim is settled, we check your cover still fits.
Contacting me on behalf of a family member? If someone close to you has passed away or is too unwell to manage their claim, get in touch and I’ll guide you through it gently, step by step.
